Billing:

As a subscriber, you agree to pay to our management a full subscription fee and any applicable charges related to the use of this website in advance. Thereafter, renewals shall be charged on or before your next payment date automatically via the method of payment you have selected previously. All subscription charges are non-refundable.

Payment Date (or Billing Date):

Depends on the method of payment, payment date is always three (3) to five (5) business days before expiration of your current subscription. You may log in your online account to view the summary of your subscription and details of payment date and amount payable. You shall be notified of your status.

A) By Credit Card Method

By selecting for Credit Card payment, you agree to authorize our management or agency to charge to your Credit Card any initial and recurring subscription fees, unless you cancel or terminate by us. In any case, you agree to provide us and maintain with the most current, complete and accurate information to enable all fees to be charged correctly and promptly to your credit card. You shall be notified of your status from time to time.

B) By Cheque/Cashier's order, Bank Transfer or ATM Transfer Method

By using these methods, you agree to make all payments inclusive of security deposit in advance. To ensure a smooth experience to enjoy our service, you are advised that adequate time for payment proceeding must be considered, such as mailing time, processing time, business and banking hours. You shall be notified of the status.

C) Request for Change of Payment Method

If you would like to change your method of payment for your next subscription, you must notify us at payment@videohub.sg, at least 5 business days before your next payment date to ensure smooth proceeding. You shall be notified of the status.

Renewals:

A) Renewals by Credit Card Option

Renewals will be generated automatically by PayPal on the basis of the billing cycle selected by you, and will be charged to your credit card.

SHOULD YOU DECIDE NOT TO CONTINUE, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST THROUGH ONLINE ACCOUNT AT LEAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT PAYMENT DATE. Late in submission may lead to next renewal being charged. Unsuccessful renewal may cause appropriate steps as follows:

• If your account maintains arrears-free, the failure of renewal constitutes the suspension of your subscription temporary.
  
  
• If your account falls into arrears, we shall proceed with appropriate actions, with or without prior notification. Appropriate actions shall include filing of your reference to Credit Bureau Singapore, filing of civil suit, or handling your case to legal agency. In this eventuality, you will bear full responsibility for all corresponding charges, including attorney fees, court fees, administration fees and all other charges incurred in the process.

B) Renewals by Cheque/Cashier's order, Bank Transfer or ATM Transfer Option

By selecting these methods, we expect renewal payments to reach us in advance. Any unsuccessful payment may cause delay in serving you and we shall proceed with appropriate steps as follows:

• If your account maintains arrears-free, the failure of the payment constitutes the suspension of your subscription temporary.
  
  
• If your account falls into arrears, we shall terminate your membership and your security deposit will be forfeited.
  
  

Refundable Security Deposit:

For subscription made through methods other than credit card, you agree to place with us a refundable security deposit equivalent to one-month subscription fee. This interest-free deposit shall be returned to you upon successful termination of your membership. You further agree that this deposit shall be adjusted according to changes made to the subscription plan, and may be forfeited by us should your account falls into arrears.

Change of Subscription Plan:

You may apply to change your subscription plan at anytime. In normal circumstances, your request shall be processed by next twelve (12) business hours. Please be aware that any incomplete, incorrect, late in submission, delay in payment or arrears in your account may cause delay in processing. You will be notified of the status of your application.

Termination of Membership:

You may apply to terminate your membership at anytime. In normal circumstances, your request shall be processed by next twelve (12) business hours. • We provide two categories of selected videos for sale online to our members, as follows:
  • Brand New Video Disc: Brand new videos will be shipped in original package with shrink-packed.
  • Used Video Disc: Video discs under this category are 'ex-rental' or 'used', and may experienced from minor scratches, but in good viewing conditions. However, these videos are to be sold at reduced price and may not ship with their original packing.

• Sale of selected videos provided in this website is on optional basis and subject to availability of inventory. From time to time, with or without prior notification, we reserve the right:

  • to withdraw or edit any videos that displayed for sale;
    
    
  • to reject or cancel order even if payment has been made by members. In this event, full refund shall be made without interest. You shall however hold no claim, whatsoever, against us.

By law, rentals of NC16 and M18 classified videos are subject to minimum age requirements.

Goods and Services Tax (GST):

As we are not a GST registered company, therefore, we are not authorised to collect GST.
